Hello, my name is Herb MacDonald, President and Founder of Fitness
One on One, Inc. Professional Personal Training Services. Fitness One on
One specializes in weight loss, toning, core strengthening, nutrition.
Being a certified personal trainer with close to 20 years experience in
this industry, I believe you will see that I have a passion for helping
people achieve their goals to essentially lead a healthier, more
productive life. I am truly passionate about personal training and am
not satisfied unless the client is getting results. It is a daily
adventure and is very rewarding to know I have improved the quality of a
clients life by helping them to achieve their goals.

process will aid in stopping the onset of heart disease, diabetes and
high blood pressure, etc. Strong, lean muscle not only burns fat, but

Personal Training
In close to 20 years of fitness
experience, I have seen first
hand the benefits of a good
fitness program and the use of a
good personal trainer. Joining
gyms has always been the first
option for an individual wanting
to drop weight, gain strength or
improve health. Unfortunately
the numbers don’t lie, only
10-15% of gym memberships are
utilized to the point that it is
a benefit to the individual.
This is due to the customer’s
lack of knowledge, motivation or
time constraints. This is where
Fitness One on One comes in. We
will hold you accountable for
your sessions and nutrition.
